Digital Product Refunds

Luna Tarot provides AI-generated digital content delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, we handle refunds as follows:

Subscriptions (Starter & Unlimited Plans)

  • You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you have not used more than 2 readings during that period.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period after the 7-day window.

Single Reading Purchases

  • Single reading purchases are non-refundable once a reading has been generated, as the AI content is delivered immediately.
  • If you experience a technical issue that prevents your reading from being delivered, contact us for a full refund or replacement.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at support@lunatarot.space with your order number and reason for the refund request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
