Tarot readings provided by Luna are for entertainment and personal reflection only. They are not predictions of the future and should not be relied upon for making important life decisions. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate interpretations based on traditional tarot card meanings and your questions.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials confidential.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.
  • Subscription plans auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
  • Single reading purchases are non-refundable once a reading has been generated.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to manipulate or abuse the AI system
  • Resell or redistribute readings commercially
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
  • Use the Service as a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and AI-generated content, is the property of Luna Tarot. Card imagery uses public domain Rider-Waite-Smith illustrations.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on readings, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Mental Health

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or call a crisis helpline. The Service is not a substitute for professional mental health support.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
